Letter of Permission and Temporary Construction Easement

and authorized representative of the owner of the property located at 700 Riverchase Dr.,
Coppell, TX, do grant permission to Hobart Development, Inc., to grade my property. I
affirm that I have the authority to grant said permission. Such permission shall not be
permanent and shall be done to allow my property to properly drain. The grading that is
done must not be severe, and shall be bound by the Northern edge of the cartpath where
grading is done and shall only apply to the area where the golf course abuts the
approximately 7.1 acre development known as Trinity Shores (see exhibit A). Such
permission shall begin January 11, 2002, and shall cease July 11, 2002. Hobart
Development, Inc., may grade portions of my property (along the Northeastern border of
the course). There will be no permanent easements located on my property.

located at 700 Riverchase Dr., Coppell, TX, do grant a temporary construction easement
to Hobart Development, Inc. along the Northern Border of my property where it abuts
the 7.1 acre tract being developed as Trinity Shores by Hobart Development, Inc.
Said temporary construction easement shall begin January ! 1, 2002, and shall cease
September 11, 2002.
