Regarding the street light electrical questions (1-17-02). SRA sent Butler Electrics list of
questions to Jim Phillips at TXU (Oncor) on January 31". He said that, Wayne Morse, a
TXU inspector had already been assigned to the job and he thought that Wayne and
Butler Electric had already communicated with each other. He said he would forward~
the questions to Wayne, since he would be the one to answer them. To.avoid any
additional delay, Butler Electric or ISI should contact Wayne Morse, with TXU, dire
