Eason Petroleum-ES020121THE STATE OFTEXAS ) ( COUNTY OF DALLAS ) ( That SIDEWALK EASEMENT ~eed $t5, O0 KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: hereinafter referred to as the Grantors, whether one or more, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) cash to Grantor in hand paid by the City of Coppell, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledge, and the further consideration of the benefits to be derived by Grantors from the sidewalk system through the premises hereinafter described, have this day Granted and Conveyed, and by these presents do Grant and Convey, unto the City of Coppell, a municipal corporation situated in Dallas County, Texas, an easement to construct, reconstruct and perpetually maintain a sidewalk system, upon and across the following described land, to-wit: All that certain tract, piece or parcel of land, lying and being situated in the County of Dallas, Sate of Texas, describe in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof for ail purposes, to which reference is here made for a more particular description .of said properly; TO HAVE AN TO HOLD the same perpetually to the City of Coppell, its successors and assigns, together with the right and privilege, at any and all times to remove or keep removed alt or parts of buildings, fences, trees, shrubs, or other improvements or growth which in any way may endanger or interfere with the construction, maintenance or efficiency of the system on this easement; and the City shall at all times have the right of ingress and egress to and from and upon the said easement for the purpose of constructing, reconstructing; inspecting, maintaining and adding to or removing all or part of the system without the necessity at any time of procuring the permission of anyone.
