Request For Qualifications
Dear Mr. Koch:
The City of Coppell and Dallas County have reviewed the Statement of Qualifications
you recently submitted for the Golden Triangle Mobile Home Park Water Line & Fire
Hydrants. After careful consideration of the information provided, this letter is to inform
you that your finn was selected to provide engineering services related to the project.
The responsibilities for this project will be shared between the City of Coppell and Dallas
County. An Implementation Agreement must be executed by both parties prior to the
release of funding for the project. It is anticipated that the Agreement will be submitted
to the City Council for approval on February 26, 2002.
Please submit a proposal for the design, advertisement, and construction phase services
for this project. The project documents must meet all federal guidelines and the City will
be responsible for right-of-way acquisition.
