Assistant City Engineer 255 Parkway Coppell TX, 75019 February 15, 2002 RE: Amberpoint Business Park At Coppell, Bldg. 1 Response to Construction Plan Review Comments Dear Mr. Johnson: We have reviewed the comments dated February 11, 2002 regarding the above stated plans. We have addressed the comments as follows: Sheet CPPO1 1. We have added a note instructing the contractor to install redwood expansion joints at the drive approaches per City of Coppell standards. 2. We have modified general note #3 per our letter submitted February 7, 2002 addressing concrete strength and sub-grade preparation. 3. We have moved the barrier free ramps to align with the stamped concrete in the drive approaches. 4. We have added a note stating that the stamped concrete at the approach is Bomanite Integral color with Bomanite gray release. Sheet CGPO1 1. We have added spot elevations near the northeast comer of the building as requested 2. We have added a spot elevation at the northwest end of the middle drive as requested 3. All drive approaches have been coordinated with the road plans. We have revised the road plans to reflect the elevations shown on this sheet. Sheet CDAO1 1. We have labeled all laterals and mains on site and serving the site. February 15, 2002 Page 2 2. We have revised the drainage as requested. Sheet CDA02 1. We have revised the numbering of this sheet as requested. 2. All Drainage area designations now match the Northpoint Drive plans. Sheet CSDO1 1. There are no plans to subdivide Lot 1 at any time. 2. We now show the Type B manhole from the Northpoint Drive plans at the junction of the 66", 54", and 42" pipes. We have also added a Type B manhole to the 36" RCP at the property line. Sheet CSD02 1. We have revised the drainage design as requested. Sheet CWWO1 1. All sewer lines serving the adjacent property are now 8" diameter pipe. 2. We have removed the 8" clean out along the main line 3. We have moved the 8" lateral serving the property to the north out of the right- of-way and utility easement as requested. Sheet CWW02 1. We have added a note to refer to roadway plans for the connection of the 12" waterline. Sheet CEC02 1. We have revised the stabilized construction entrance detail as requested.
