2. Sewer mgl- und services full of ~ and bolclin~ in manholes-water not flowing. ~.~1~
3. Water services leaking on lots lB, 2B, 3A, 17 and 13.
4. All meter cans must be dry and cleaned to below curb stop cutoff.
5. Need to replace a sewer cleanout with sweep T in bottom of cleanouts.
6. All meter setters are 1" for 1" meters on all lots (must be OK'd by Ted D.).
7. Lot 12, 13, and 14 sewer cleanouts are broken.
8. AH MLV painted blue llds.
9. F.H. needs blue marker buttons in street.
10. Lot 4A sewer City cleanout pipe is bent - replace pipe.
11. Lot IIA City sewer clp~-out replace top - broken.
12. Replace all meter cans with large rnn~ if Ted Ok's 1" setters.
13. Raise meter can on Lot 7 to ground level.
14. Cut and plug sewer cleanout on Lots lA and 3A. Houses have 2 City sewer clennouts
per lot.
15. Remark MI1 in red on curb at all manholes.
16. Reset rhlmney seals in manholes - rings loose or mi.~ting.
17. Manhole at Allen and Deforest not sealed at top and missing Lain pan and chinmey
18. Manhole at Allen and Brentwood needs to be r_n~_d__ at top and el~mney
