Services: In-place density tests.
On this date, an HBC Engineering technician arrived at the above referenced jobsite as scheduled for
in-place density tests. When HBC's technician arrived on the jobsite, the area to be tested was dry
and cracked. HBC's technician informed the supervisor with Gregory Excavation that he should water
and recompact the test area. No in-place density tests were taken.
