City of Coppell - Engineering Department 255 Parkway Blvd. Coppell, Texas 75019 Regarding: Windsor Estates Dear Mr. Johnson, In regards to the completion of the Windsor Estates Development, we request the final acx:eptance from the City of Coppell with the understanding the following two items will be completed within 30 days from the City's approval of the engineered drawings submitted by Halff Associates related to the retaining wall located on the south side of Deforest Road. I. Complete the retaining wall at the inlet located on the south side of Deforest Road. 2. Install guardrail on Deforest Road at the inlet and retaining wall on south side of road. A check in the amount of $2,250.00 is enclosed to be escrowed by the City of Coppell for the guardrail valued at $750.00 and the retaining wall valued at $1,500.00 until the completion of said items. Also enclosed is the Maintenance Bond for Deforest Road, the Maintenance Bond for the Utilities, a check for $2,100.00 to be escrowed by the City of Coppell for maintaining the erosion control in lieu ora bond, and a note from Magnum Surveying verifying that the elevations on Deforest Road reflect the engineered drawings provided by Halff and Associates.
