The following items should be addressed before March 22, 2002: 1. Submit revised plans for the retaining walls and guardrail at the 3x3 inlet on the south side of Deforest Rd. as soon as possible. 2. Complete the above improvements (retaining walls and guardrail). 3. Submit all final documentation required. 4. Submit LOMR to FEMA for review. Find enclosed a copy of our comments on the above mentioned improvements. One modification to our comments is that we will accept a modular wall as shown if it is submitted under the seal of a licensed Professional Engineer for this specific application. If the above items are not completed before March 22, 2002, the temporary final acceptance will be revoked. This could impact your ability to obtain new permits or obtain inspections on current permits.
