Windsor Estates - Temporary Final Release
We are granting Mr. Jordan a temporary fmal release for the above referenced project with the
understanding that the remaining items will be completed on or before March 22, 2002. We ask
that you accept this temporary f'mal acceptance in regard to the Certificate of Occupancy for the
residence at 941 Deforest Road. We will send a follow-up memo on March 22 to inform you
whether or not all improvements have been constructed, and whether any subsequent action is
requested. If all work is completed, we will issue a full final acceptance at that time.
