Balff Associates, Inc. would like to submit a variance reqaest for the City of Cop ~e[I o~dinanCe
requiring the construction of sidewalks along the frontage of Deforest Road for lhe Defore st Court
Development. There are currently no existing sidewalks along the north side of Deforest ] toad. We feel
that constructing the sidewalks at this ttme does not benefit the C~ty of Coppell or the tutu · residents of
