Ruby Road Waters of the U.S. Determination

Dear Mr. Madden:
The City of Coppell intends to realign a portion of Ruby Road through City owned
property. As per your request, enclosed please find an exhibit that illustrates the limits of
the water of the U.S. delineation for the Ruby Road project. However, Geo-Marine, Inc.
(GMI) did additional surveys within thc adjacent lands to det¢,~ine that thc pond was
constructed in an upland area (i.e. stock pond). GMI did not identify any waters of the
U.S. within the project limits of the Ruby Road Project.
