RE: Barbed Wire Fence & Tree Removal
Dear Mr. Sctmitger,
As previously discussed at the jobsite, and addressed in a letter dated January 16, 2002 to
the City of Coppell, ISI cannot locate any indication on the contract drawings or
specifications for the removal of the barbed wire fence and tree line on the property line
that abuts the Champions property.
In addition, this fence, along with the trees is clearly outside of the Right-of-Way, and
cannot be considered in that price to clear. The cost to remove the trees and fence shall
be an additional cost that needs to be assumed by the City of Coppell.
The decision, in regards to the above, needs to be prompt. ISI is getting close to liming
Creekview Drive within the next two weeks. If the trees and fence are to be removed, it
will need to occm' prior to the lhning of the street.
I$I has already asked our subcontractor to price up the removal. I will forward this cost
on as soon as I have received it.
