Slope Grading
Dear Mr. Bennett:
Enclosed is a copy of the Letter of Permission signed by Champion Properties. This
letter gives the City permission to enter their property for the construction of slopes
necessary to tie the proposed grade into the existing grade. Also enclosed is a copy of the
legal description and plat for Parcel No. 3. The City had not acquired this right-of-way
parcel at the time of the Notice to Proceed. It has now been dedicated to the City and
there is sufficient room within the right-of-way for the slope grading.
Both of these documents were previously provided to your firm during the October 25,
2001 pre-construction meeting. They are part of the Site Certificate. It was noted during
the meeting that the City was in the process of acquiring Parcel No. 3.
