There are currently soccer games occurring on two of the fields each Tuesday evening, Thursday
evening and Saturday. Also, there are a couple of baseball tournaments scheduled the first two
weekends in March. I will keep you informed of anything additional that arises.

ISI is currently constructing a temporery roadway along the north edge of the existing Ruby Road to allow
for the detour of treffic at the intersection of Ruby Road and State Road/Freeport Parkway. The phasing
of the treffic will cause changes in the direction of treffic and delays. It is our expectation that ISI will
have completed the necessary amount of paving required to allow unrestricted access to Wagon Wheel
Park, on or before March 15, 2002,
Engineering respectfully requests that we be notified of any scheduling activities at WWP that may
cause hardship for the general public or impact the maintenance responsibilities in WVVP.
