Dear Mr. Crump:
Enclosed for your use is a copy of the City of Coppell Ordinance No. 91514, Erosion and
Sedimentation Control Code. We respectfully ask that you use guidelines published in
this code for the two years that began January 16, 2001. This is the date of a letter from
George Tannous agreeing to install needed erosion control. If the erosion control is not
kept in good working order for the remainder of the two-year period, the provisions of the
ordinance will be invoked, namely an abatement of the erosion problem as set forth in
Section 15-8-2, Paragraph E (page 4 and 5).

Dear Mr. Martin;
Per the telephone conversation today between Larry Davis and Reg Crump
regarding the above referenced subdivision, we will perform the following as
soon as weather permits:
1. Clean the ditch along the north side of Sandy Lake Road adjacent to
Georgian Place.
2. Install and/or repair erosion control items (silt fences or cudex) within the
subdivision as needed.
This work will be coordinated with Larry Davis.
