RE: Windsor Estates Erosion Control
Dear Mr. Jordan:
Enclosed for your use is a copy of the City of Coppell Ordinance No. 91514, Erosion and
Sedimentation Control Code. We respectfully ask that you use guidelines published in
this code for the next two years during which the City will retain the erosion control bond
paid by Castellan Development on 2/20/02. This ordinance will cover all work performed
for Windsor Estates, Deforest Court and the reconstruction of Deforest Road from Allen
Road to Windsor Estates. After the two-year period has elapsed, you may apply in
writing for a refund of the bond amount if the erosion control measures are maintained in
good order as set forth in pages 9 and 10 of the ordinance.
