Box 478 Coppell, Texas 75019-4409 TCB Job Number 15-31124-001 Deforest & Sandy Lake LS Improvements RE: DeForest and Sandy Lake Wastewater Lift Stations and Force Main Improvements/~' S' Supplemental Agreement No. 1 / ..~..~ Dear Mr. Griffin: After execution of this Supplemental Agreement No. 1, the Engineering Services Contract between the City of Coppell and Turner Collie & Braden Inc. for the DeForest and Sandy Lake Wastewater Lift Stations and Force Main Improvements will be modified as follows: The Engineering Services Contract is revised to increase the compensation from $405,863 to $415,289, an increase of $9,426. This increase in compensation is requested due to additions to the Scope of Services as described in Exhibit A and Exhibit B attached hereto. Compensation for these services will be in accordance with the original Engineering Services Contract dated March 7, 2001, Section 3A - Compensation. Project Description The additional services to be provided for this project consist of the re-alignment of the 20" force Line "C" to avoid a conflict with a proposed retaining wall included in the St. Joseph Development. TC&B was not made aware of the proposed retaining wall until the plans for the 20" force main Line"C" were 100% complete.
