Re: Smart O'Neal paving
Please accept this letter as verification of the pavement addition at Stuart O'Neal
Office Bldg., 202 W. Sandy Lake Rd., as meeting or exceeding plan specifications
for a minimum thickness of 5 inches. I personally can confirm, through supewvisor
of the forming and minforcemem, that the thickness is close to 6 ½ inches. Form
boards were 2 X 12 with at least a visible inch to an inch and one half to grade below
the bottom of the forms. This would allow for a 6-inch curb and 6 to 6 ½ inches of
