Water injection observation.
On this date, an HBC Engineering technician arrived at the above referenced jobsite as scheduled for
water injection observation. HBC's technician was on standby until 1:00 p.m. while Jowell's
personnel relocated the hoses, pumps and injection rigs from the north side of the pad to the south
side of the pad. Also on this date, Jowell had six (6) injection rigs in an isolated area (refer to
Water Injection Observation Report 94021029.0047, dated 02/11/02 for recorded data). The pier
drillers were drilling on the north side of the pad.
