Suzan, after reviewing the project, I do have one question for you. We
could concur with the determination regarding the pond but I think it would
be more beneficial to you to send me a map showing the city's property
boundary and then we could address the ephemeral streams as well. Give me a
call if you or Rudi Reinecke have any questions.
