Amended Ordinance No. 94643 - Stamped Concrete
Dear Mr. Schnitger:
Enclosed is a copy of the ordinance amending various sections of Subdivision Ordinance
No. 94643. The ordinance requires the use of stamped concrete within thoroughfares
where pavers are now required. The Creekview Drive and Freeport Parkway project
specifies the use of concrete pavers. Please have Infrastructure Services Inc., (ISI)
submit a proposal to install stamped concrete in the locations where pavers are currently
specified.
The City has requested ISI to delete three 6" blowoff assemblies and install one
additional standard fire hydrant and 6" gate valve. The City agrees to ISI not charging
for three 6" blowoff assemblies at $1546.68 each, and adding one standard fire hydrant at
$l,575.58 each and one 6" gate valve at $523.57 each on Pay Estimate No. 2. Please
have ISI provide written confirmation that they agree to this change in the scope of
construction services for the above stated prices.
