We have reviewed the comments dated Doeember 26, 2002 regarding the above stated
plans. We have addressed the comments as follows
General Comments 1. The plans are sealed.
2. The previous letter from our office dated February 25,2002 has been signed
by a professional engineer. A copy is enclosed for your records.
3. The plat is included with these plans.
Sheet CPPO1
1. We have corrected the typing and drafting errors on this sheet.
Sheet CPP03
1. We have removed the stray object in the profile at STA 28+80.
Sheet CGP02
1. We have added compaction requirements for the embankment to general note
#6. As discussed, HBC has collected P.I. data from the embankment that has
been constructed. They are currently analyzing the data from their borings
and will make appropriate recommendation if the material does not meet their
standards for detention facilities.
Sheet CDA03
1. We have added additional data to the stage / storage ! discharge table. The
Detention storage requirements were calculated using the modified rational
method. As discussed, routing was not utilized to calculate the required
storage volume.
Sheet CSDO1
We have removed the waterline from the profile per changes in the plan view.
