On this date, a representative of HBC Engineering, Inc. observed the injection of water at this
site. During the injection process, the following observations were recorded.
Pass No.: 1st & 2nd No. of Probes: 4 Probe Length: 10 feet
OBSERVATION

Surfactant added to each load. X
Injection pressure 50 to 200 psi at manifold. X
Injection downward in 18 inch intervals.
Total depth of injection was 10 feet. X
Spacing of injection was 5 feet maximum. X
Injection to refusal at each location. X
Comments: On this date, HBC's technician attened a meeting with Hill & Wilkinson and Jowell. The outcome
of this meeting was to change the injection process to a 12 inch drop and a minium of one refusal at
each drop.
