RE: Deforest Court - Temporary Final Release
We are granting Mr. Jordan a temporary final release for the above referenced project with the
understanding that the remaining items will be completed on or before March 29, 2002. We ask
that you accept this temporary final acceptance in regard to issuing any necessary permits and
related inspections.
We will send a follow-up memo on April 5, 2002 to inform you whether or not conditions have
been met, and whether any subsequent action is requested. When FEMA issues the LOMR, we
will provide a full fma].
