Letter of Permission -~nd Temporary Construction Easement
I, BRY1NE M. GRAHAM, the owner of the property located at 1601 Sandy Lake
Road, Coppell, TX, in the Weston Perry Abstract, do grant permission to Hobart
Development, Inc., to grade my property. Such permission shall not be permanent and
shall be done to allow my property to properly drain. The grading
that is done must not be severe, and I shall have discretion on the grading that is
done. Such permission shall begin January 1, 2002, and shall cease July 1, 2002. Hobart
Development, Inc., will grade portions of my property (the West and South) and will
hydro-mulch any graded land that had previously been grassy. There will be no
permanent easements or drains located on my property.
I, BRYINE M. Graham, the owner of the property located at
1601 Sandy Lake Road, Coppell, TX, in the Weston Perry Abstract, do grant a temporary
construction easement along the Southern and Western border of my property to Hobart
Development, Inc. Said temporary construction easement shall begin January 1, 2002,
and shall cease September 1,2002.
