Services: In-place density tests.
On this date, an HBC Engineering technician arrived at the above referenced jobsite as scheduled for
in-place density tests. Upon arriving at the jobsite, HBC's technician was notified that the
contractor was not ready and rescheduled the in-place density tests for later in the day. HBC's
technician returned to the jobsite at approximately 12:15 p.m. and the fill material to be tested
was too wet. No in-place density tests were taken on this date. In-place density tests were
rescheduled for 02/14/02.
