Dear Ken:
This letter will confirm that AmberPoint at Coppell, L.L.C., owner of the above referenced 108.9
acre land tract, will be responsible for landscape and erosion maintenance of the approximately 8
acre detention pond located at the southeast comer of Lot 2, Block A.
This agreement is a condition of the release of the building permit for the Northpoint Street
extension and associated public utilities.
