A. Concrete: All slabs poured except for slab on form TUCI has gone ahead with the
plumbing revisions and is preparing to pour main slab on Thursday
TUCI has received Dave Adams comments on low air content in building slabs TUCI
has referred this to Lattimore materials Quality control department and they have
corrected the problem and the ak content has increased. Lattimore wondered why that
the Eng. was requesting such high air content. Dave Adams stated that because of many
and more rapid temperature changes such as Texas has that the concrete with lower air
content tended to break down sooner.
B. Excavation: they are now mixing lime now and are about halfway done.
C. Plumbing: have passed all underground plumbing inspections and have rearranged ADA
plumbing. Gas main is complete and inspected
D. Electrical: all underground work including change order is complete
E. Structural: is sending the rest oftbe embeds for panels
F. Masonry: Has started and cannot proceed above 4' until fire lane is installed

#28 A. TUCI still would like to have some pier information for the building sign.
C. TUCI would still like more information to pour this beam support for the gate. It
seems to relate back to the manufactures recommendations. When they are supplied it can be
reviewed again.
#32 A. Proper column size was answered by Vidand and should be 2'7 %"
#33 A. Expansiun joint in east block wall of utility Bid can go behind the downspout where
it will not be seen.

#35 A. Panel column dowel connection Dave Adams sent TUCI a drawing with dowels bent
in to panel to solve this problem.
B. Dim of panel reveals Vidaud said to make the lower reveal 2" and the upper reveal 1
½" to match 45 degree cant at block columns
C. ADA toilet stall Dim. confirmed
D. Dim of standard toilet stall will be 36"
E. Delete rear outlet toilet confirmed

It was decided that a fur down is not needed for the AC in the utility Bid.
