Dear Mr. Jackson:
This letter is in reference to the proposed widening of Bethel Road from a 2-lane road to a
4-lane road with a 16' median.
Enclosed you will find a 60% set of plans to aid you in any utility relocation design. This is
a follow-up to the preliminaw set of plans sent out on November 19, 2001. The enclosed
set of 60% plans includes the following sheets:
· Cover Sheet
· Project Layout
· Right-Of-Way Acquisition Plan
· Plan & Profile Sheets
· Proposed Roadway Sections
· Water & Sewer Adjustments
· Drainage Area Map
· Storm Drain Plan & Profile
The current construction let date is planned for October 1, 2002. Please coordinate any
utility relocations accordingly.
