RE: Windsor Estates -Temporary Release Follow-up
Dear Mr. Jordan:
As per our telephone conversation of yesterday, we are not in receipt of the letter of
confirmation from FEMA, nor have the improvements been completed on DeForest at the
area inlet. As per the letter dated February 21, 2002, we are hereby revoking the
temporary final release for Windsor Estates. We will request that Building Inspections
withhold all future inspections and Certificates of Occupancy until the above items have
been addressed. Regardless of all other issues, we will not grant a full final release until
FEMA approves the LOMR for Denton Creek.

Windsor Estates - Temporary Final Release Follow-up
We are hereby revoking the temporary final release granted to Kelly Jordan on Feb. 21, 2002 for
Windsor Estates. The physical improvements on the ground have not been completed, nor has the
letter from FEMA confirming receipt of the LOMA application, packet and associated fees been
received. We hereby request that you withhold any further inspections and/or release of any
CO's within this subdivision. We will inform you when conditions change and whether any
subsequent action is requested. Regardless of all other issues, we will not grant a full final
release for this subdivision until FEMA approves the LOMR for Denton Creek.
