Mr. Johnson:
We've received and have incorporated the City's review comments dated February 19th, '02; we believe
the enclosed ! revised site/civil plans to be complete and ready for construction.
In reference to comment 2.(g) which reads, "A large portion of the finished floor is proposed at 470.0 as
opposed to 467.5 in the site plan approved by Council. The 470.0 elevation is 3 feet to 4.5 feet above the
adjacent ground. Although this poses no Engineering issues, the Building Official and Planning
Department may have issues with regard to the building and conformance with the approved site plan.
Please comment.", we offer the following.
U-Haul is aware of the building height limitations stipulated on the approved Site Plan.
With regards to comment 5.(a) which reads, "Obtain a letter of acknowledgement from Jack-in-the-Box
with respect to connecting of the existing fire waterline", we offer the following.
The water lines have been stubbed across the common property line for this purpose, and are within U-
Haul's property. The actual connections will be made without disturbing Jack-in-the-Box. We've contacted
Jack-in-the-Box and have requested their acknowledgement.
