We ve just rece'ved add'tional engineering comments and need your assistance.
One of the comments, from Garry Johnson, reads, "A large portion of the finished floor is proposed at 470.0 as opposed to
467.5 in the site plan approved by Council. The 470.0 elevation is 3 feet to 4.5 feet above the adjacent ground. Although this
poses no Engineering issues, the Building Official and Planning Department may have issues with regard to the building and
conformance with the approved site plan. Please comment."
Could you please comment on this and also forward the message to the Building Official for his comments. Thank you,
