Jones & Carter, Inc. 12000 Ford Rd, Suite 180 Dallas, TX 75234 Nash Road Reconstruction Construction Plan Review Dear Mr. Donohue: The City of Coppell has received and reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments to offer: General Comments - 1. Since the scope of the proposed work is limited to reconstructing the existing section of Nash Road, the plans should only include sheets relating to the roadway and revisions necessary to the erosion control and grading plans (Sheets 7, 10 and ll respectively). 2. Include plats for both Nash Manor and Stringfellow Addition. Sheet 7 - 1. This sheet should be a revision to Sheet 6 of the previously released construction plans for Nash Manor. Properly note all revisions. 2. Access should be maintained for the existing homes along Nash Road. How do you propose to handle this? 3. Show, label and provide elevations for all of the inlets. Include inlets in the profiles. 4. Add existing profiles for fight/left right-of-way and the centerline. 5. Add vertical curves in accordance with City codes. 6. Add sufficient information for all drive approaches to ensure positive drainage toward the street. Sheet 10- This sheet should be a revision of Sheet 9 from the previously released set. revisions including the revised construction entrance location. Mark all Sheet 11 - 1. This sheet should be a revision to Sheet 10 of the previously released construction plans for Nash Manor. Properly note all revisions. 2. Add existing and proposed contours in the area of the proposed construction. Address other minor comments throughout the plans. Once all comments have been addressed, please return this original marked-up set and two sets of revised plans to the City for further review and/or approval.
