Suzan,
I asked Philip about how he came up with the number for "Value of Extra Work
Performed" at the bottom of the pay estimate no. 3. This is what he did to
get that number:
Change Order # 1
Change Order #2
Change Order #3
(fences and trees)
Change Order #3
(brick pavers)
-$18,050.00
+$ 1,459.13
+$14,950.00
-$ 3,201.10
Value of Extra Work Performed = -$4841.97
Does Larry have a problem with ISI charging for a partial change order? I
think we can keep track of this but we probably should have had ISI had line
items for whatever we added to the contract.

Suzan,
I faxed Philip a copy of the pay estimate items that are in question. I
asked him to verify that the items truly are complete as the estimate
claims. I also told him that he should be closer to 112 tons of lime and
not 121. If he is using extra lime then he needs to get that approved by
Larry.
