Comments: On this date, four injection rigs were working this area. Surfactant was supposed to be added two
(2) times a day. Jowell was also instructed by Brian, Hill & Wilkinson's superintendent, to let one of
HBC's technician witness the addition. The surfactant was never added on this date.
