On this date, an HBC Engineering technician arrived at the above referenced jobsite as scheduled for
observation of daily field activities. The following was observed and/or tested.
HBC's technician observed the placement of the first lift of the 2 foot overburden on the building
pad from lines 1.5 to Q and 7 to 11. The contractor had laborers removing the roots and debris
from the incoming stockpile material.
