Dear Mr. Griffin:
The City of Coppell is hereby advised that Beal Mortgage Inc. (BMI) will be financially
responsible for the incremental costs of inehding the above referenced mm lane with the
Denton Tap Road improvements currently under construction by the city of Coppell or its
eontntetors. I understand that the work would be included as a change order to the
current contract. A preliminary cost estimate by Bill Anderson places our cost at
approximately $14,000.
It is our understanding that Vista Properties, the owner of the property across Denton Tap
Road from our site, will be allowed to construct a flee fight turn lane into its site. Such
costs for that turn lane is to be borne by Vista. Any common costs for the construction of
both turn lanes will be shared equally by Vista and BMI.
