I appreciated visiting with you by telephone recently. Enclosed is a copy
of the request that we have received.
As a downstream neighbor, we make the information available to you for
your review and comments. While on one hand this specific request is but
only 4.5 acres, or even less, in actual reclaimed area; we want to make
sure that the premise of the assumptions, and the resulting policy, is
consistent with both current acceptable engineering practices and
established policy and criteria practiced along the Elm Fork.
While this application is not fully complete, and we are requesting more
information from the applicant, we would appreciate your general review
of the intent of the request, and let us know if you have further interest
for review and comment when the application is more complete, etc.
