Gentlemen:
Enclosed is a map showing the location of a tract in the City of Coppell on the Elm Fork of the Trinity
River, north of Belt Line Road and the St. Louis and Southwestern Railroad. This tract was previously
reviewed in accordance with Section 404 of the Clean Water Act (see attached letter) under the above
referenced project number. The tract was inadvertently referred to as being in the City of Carrollton.
The City of Coppell is now asking that an update be made to the 404 determination.
The owner of the tract has been trying for over two years to do something with this tract. Therefore, any
urgency you can place on making the redetermination would be greatly appreciated.
