Dear Ms. Daneshmand:
In response to your letter of transmittal and Mr. Ron Morrison's review comments on the subject tract,
the following additional information is provided:
1. A copy of owner's certification regarding topography. In addition, the property was
shown as in the floodplain in the initial FIS, and any alteration to the topography would
have required the City's approval.
2. A copy of the grading plan with the note regarding lowest floor elevations.
3. A copy of the topographic survey with the date added.
4. A copy of our initial letter to Mr. Doyle, which included the flood storage loss data.
5. A copy of the letter sent to the Corps of Engineers requesting an updated 404 determi-
nation.
A copy of this letter with all enclosures is being sent directly to Mr. Morrison to facilitate the review pro-
cess.
