Dear Mr. Meyer:
The second review of your above referenced project, regarding
floodplain management, has been completed by Mr. Ron Morrison of
Kimley-Horn & Associates on behalf of the City of Coppell. As
per attached letter from Mr. Morrison dated June 7, 1990, your
project is in compliance with our floodplain ordinance No. 87390
requirements.
Attached, please find copies of invoices rendered by Kimley-Horn
& Associates, Inc. in the amount of $1000.00. This fee is for
the services provided by Mr. Morrison for reviewing above
referenced floodplain study, on behalf of the City of Coppell at
this time. Please provide a check for the amount of $1000.00
payable to the City of Coppell, and forward it to our Finance
Department, along with a copy of this letter for their records,
by July 10, 1990.
Please note that should we receive any other invoice from Kimley-
Horn & Assoc., Inc. regarding this project, we will forward such
invoices to you for collection, per Ordinance No. 89038.1, Sec.
1. In the meantime, I am forwarding a copy of your August 1989
report to FEMA, requesting a conditional letter of map revision.
