Traffic Signals
Dear Mr. Dybala:
This letter is to confirm that a portion of the funds from Restland Rd. from the 1985 Bond
Program in District 1 will be utilized for traffic signal improvements at Moore Rd. in the City
of Dallas on the above project. If it is the City's desire to include the traffic signal
improvements in the referenced project, please provide plans, specifications and details to the
County to be included in the plans. Any maintenance agreement for this item will need to be
executed between the City of Dallas and the City of Coppell.
