Attached, please find one copy of floodplain reclamation study
report regarding the above referenced project prepared by Nathan
D. Maier Consulting Engineers, Inc. dated August 1989.
This document has been reviewed by the City of Coppell's
Hydrologist, Mr. Ron Morrison, of Kimley-Horn & Assoc., Inc., as
noted in his attached letter dated June 7, 1990. Based on Mr.
Morrison's review, the subject reclamation study complies with the
City of Coppell's floodplain ordinance No. 87390 requirements.
We, therefore, request that you consider issuing a conditional
Letter of Map Revision (LOMR) for this project, as requested by the
applicant. If you have any technical questions, please call Mr.
