Island Removal
Dear Mr. Bennett:
This letter is to request that the island at the intersection of Ruby Road and Freeport
Parkway be removed and replaced with concrete paving. This will require the saw-cut
removal of approximately 48 linear feet of concrete curb and the replacement of
approximately 16 square yards of 8"concrete pavement. Payment for the removal and
replacement will not require a change order and will be handled as an overrun in
quantities.
