We have reviewed the Engineering Plans for the referenced project prepared by Turner
Collie & Braden, Inc., stamped preliminary and dated February 2002. Based on this review
we have no objections to the horizontal or vertical alignment of the proposed line where it
is to be placed within the St. Joseph Village property.
