A copy of the City of Coppell Ordinance No. 91514, Erosion and Sedimentation Control
Code was mailed to you on February 15, 2002. We are informing you by this letter that
you are in violation of the guidelines published in this code. Please make the appropriate
changes to bring your subdivision into compliance with the Erosion and Sedimentation
Control Code and contact this office at your earliest convenience.
Also, it appears that drainage patterns have not been maintained in accordance with the
approved plans. The neighbor is receiving more nmoff from your site than they should,
and water that previously drained is now ponding on their property. You should address
these concerns as well.
