Implementation Agreement
Dear Mr. McSwain:
Enclosed please find three signed copies of the Implementation Agreement for the above
referenced project. Also enclosed are sections of the Coppell Police Department's Policy
Manual that pertain to Paragraph XXI. - Excessive Force Certification. Upon execution
of the Agreement by the County, the City will enter into an engineering services
agreement with Pacheco Koch Consulting Engineers. A copy of the signed agreement
will be provided to the County.
