Northpoint Addition, Lot 1, Block 1
The developer for this addition, Tommy Pigg, has requested that impact fees be delayed
until such time that the building permit is requested. The City has the flexibility to delay
impact fees and we have concurred with his request. A note should be placed in the f'de for
Northpoint Addition, Lot 1, Block 1 to insure that this office is contacted prior to issuance
of a building permit in the future. Based on the size of the proposed building and its future
use, impact fees could conceivably change. However, I am providing you a copy of the
impact fees based on the best available information we have at this time. The land in
question is generally located at the south~ corner of the intersection of SH 121 and
Northpoint Drive.
