RE: Denton Tap Road, ST 94-01/Cottonwood Creek to North City Limits
Dear Robert:
The City of Coppell has recently completed the two-year inspection of paving, drainage, water and
sanitary sewer facilities in the referenced project. Listed below are items that must be addressed
prior to our final acceptance of these facilities.
1. There is a failure in the brick paver band SB at Natches Trace
2. Seal random cracks.
3. Replace missing traffic markings.
4. Touch up paint on bridge railing.
5. There is a loose post on the wrought iron railing on the trail at the southeast comer of the
bridge.
6. Reseal the header SB south of the park entrance.
